Process description:
The fabric is made of custom-woven 21-count plain weave 280g pure cotton jacquard fabric. which is interwoven with imported special German gamma cylinder towel machines. It is woven with 28-cylinder fine thread. The bottom is not scratched first for easy adhesion. The printing table uses an imported cotton direct-injection machine. active digital technology. two penetrations to solidify the color and then evaporation and water washing. The soft and breathable positioning printing makes each flower pattern perfectly restored. For brightness. repeatedly test pieces to adjust the color difference. and then perform secondary styling by scratching the bottom. The front horizontal stripes are positioned on the jacquard. and the flower pieces are manually cut by laser positioning. The patterns are arranged in bands on the back panel. The front and rear panels are cut in the same direction along the hair. and the flowers are cut by hand. It looks great when worn alone.
